Prose and poetry existed when there were no words and we communicated by pictures and
action. Poetry is not meant to be a collection of words that invigorate the listener or read
part of society a few minutes on its subject. Poetry is meant to persuade the recipient to
delve into the depth of the collective human consciousness and look for new answers and
new perspectives on ethics, beauty and composure. The section “The prose and poetry of
the human mind” in opinionated youth has been established with the agenda of decoding
and using the metaphors embedded in our world to put forward the problems the youth
faces and the solutions it demands, with an artistic approach.
